Hotel Management

The college offer opportunities to student to gain qualification that is recognized all over the world. The courses are specially designed to give a cutting edge above others with added personality development & language modules. These courses develop technical, professional and managerial qualities and offer many career options to choose from, depending upon the inclination. The medium of instruction is English culinary French also taught.

The travel, trade, hotel, catering and hospitality industry, today offer large number of oppurtunise in different functions across various type of organization. There are approximately 200,000 vacancies being created each year but hardly 25000 professionals are available to fill these positions.

The students undergo rigorus training through theory and practical under the supervision of managers, captains, chefs and executives from the Hotel industry itself.

KITCHEN LAB

The basic advanced and bulk kitchens give students latest workstations for honing their food production skills. They learn all about art and science of creative culinary preparation and their creative skills.

FRONT OFFICE LAB

The Front Office Lab is the first point of contact with guest. Where students will get a fell of Receptionist of a Hotel in actual 'Role Play' its emphasis is on Communication skills, oralury skills and handling of different type of situations.

HOUSE KEEPING LAB

College has an exclusive house keeping department with guest room to provide training in related jobs.

BAKERY LAB

A huge space provided for this important part of food production. Students learn all exquisite breads, cakes, chocolate, pastries & desserts here.

RESTAURANT, BAR & ROOM

The Restaurant is created to facilitate training of food & beverage services and management of the international standards. Well appointed seating arrangement and a bar unit provides the perfect setting for on-the-job training. Training of buffets, banquets, guerindan service etc. are also provided in this lab.

LAUNDRY LAB

Latest equipment used to train students in laundry management.

Degree Structure

The duration of the degree will be three Academic years comprising of two Semesters. Each Semester will be of 22 weeks durations

Eligibility Criteria

A student seeking admission in B.Com should have passed the intermediate examination from any recognized board securing at least 40% marks in aggregate. A candidate who has not passed the intermediate examination from the commerce shall be required to pass an additional qualifying course of Elementary Book Keeping and accountancy. A student can appear to pass this qualifying course during the studies of course.
